7. A frame replacement (5mins) – Decision over consultation.
8.Village Guide Update Cllr Hopewell (5mins) – an example of a newcomers guide from Comberton has been circulated. All printing costs for this were covered by SCDC the question has been asked of whether the PC could purchase extra copies for all households. Decision required.
9.Policy Updates (5mins) – Policies that have been reviewed to date:
Updated General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Retention of Documents Policy, BCP Consent Form, General Data Privacy Notice, General Data Privacy Notice for staff, Councillors and Role Holders and BCP GDPR Policy which replaces the Data Protection Policy.
